Tye Thies

Tye is director of House Estate Agents and oversees the day to day operations of the business, ensuring everything is kept up to date and everyone is kept informed.

Tye started his career as an accountant with a leading accounting firm in 2004, later providing professional motorcycle training to the Australian Defence Forces and then in 2010 opened House Estate Agents with his wife Emmy Thies. Since 2010 the business has grown from strength to strength.

Tye places an importance on keeping in regular contact with his property owners and keeping them informed. Above all, he has a passion for the real estate industry and helping people achieve their property goals.

Torrie Thies

Torrie is a member of our dynamic Property Management team here at House Estate Agents. It’s hard to believe that Torrie has only been in Property Management for a short time as her grasp of the principles and philosophies of real estate and property management has resulted in her being ranked along side Property Managers who have been in the industry for years.

Born and bred in Toowoomba and as family to Tye, she has grown up with the values of kindness and consideration, and a down-to-earth personality that Toowoomba is renown for.

Recognised for her kind and warm disposition, her meticulous and professional work manner and her ability to get things done, Torrie will continue to remain a very welcomed addition to our office.

Prem Lama

Prem is energetic and passionate to achieve outstanding results for his clients. Prem’s experience in other sales roles and real estate alike has seen him achieve incredible results for his clients achieving many street and suburb records throughout South East Queensland. Prem has an extensive understanding of changing markets and the latest tools available ensure his clients are always one step ahead of the market.

Having migrated from Nepal, Prem’s Nepalese-Australian background is major benefit offering multilingual talent to communicate effectively to a broad audience, bridging the cultural gap for a lot of buyers and sellers meaning the best results can be achieve.
